I am using the same oven I have used for 30years. It has been rewired twice. It is a 110v 12x12x10 chamber oven. I believe Satellite still makes it. I do have the bottom covered with 4 perforated ceramic panels . I do have a exhaust fan system that comes on during the burnout. Nothing fancy no magic...

Thank you. I haven't changed much. Still using Plasticast 36/100 no type of additives. Curing is the same as I have always done.

I would.lay that bracket on its side add a 3mm tall fin type support 1mm thick fom the side to the base. Like the band above. Add a few supports inside the channel It will also print much faster without build lines on the 42xy.

Everything you see that I have printed is in 25 on both the 25xy and the 42xy printers.

You could go down to 10 but I believe you might still see some layering lines on a curve. It will create a long print time.
