I have similar box with about 40.0 mW/cm², would that equate out to about 25 min total cure time?

Thanks for replying. What your saying makes sense, when you add to the fact list I am nearing the end of my first bottle of resin. I was careful to mix it well before I started using it and every-time I poured it. But I guess it was not good enough. Next bottle I get I'll put some hex nuts in it or ...

Very nicely done. We just started doing the microwave thing here with good success. Unfortunately we can't let the flasks sit for 6 hours in our production environment, so our final castings are good, but not as good as yours.

I know you said you had changed the exposure times. But in my case things like this were from too low of an exposure, also double check your focus, bad focus can result in underexposure.

Microsoft now has a monetary reason to keep giving you updates, partially because of the advertising tiles they put in your start menu now, and also updates to the Microsoft store. You won't be able to fully control your windows systems anymore unless you go for the corporate or educational versions...

Sandblasting didn't change my calibration at all. I used more of a bead media that is not too aggressive.
