You gotta measure it on the glass (projecting it on a paper). Make sure the width and length are correct.

Check and make sure your grid had the correct aspect ratio.

Don’t forget the glycerin. Best to cure it submerged in glycerin under uv. Makes all the difference for casting.

I believe SolusArt Grey shrinks less.

SolusProto for functional or geometric prints. It harder and has more flex, therefore not brittle. It’s also more dense.
SolusArt for figurines, and highly detailed prints. It’s matte and sharper. It’s lighter, and slightly more brittle.
Both can be molded.

Yes, it's a replaceable part. If that's the problem for sure.
However you may need to send the projector to Vivitek or maybe a local tv repair shop can help, if the projector is out of warranty. Before you send the projector to Vivitek, don't forget to put the UV filter back in.

How many hours do you have on your projector bulb? Ever change it since 2016?

How many times does it blink? Need to figure out which error message it is. Could be a thermal sensor.
