Re: slightly skewd prints
Here are some images of some failed prints, In general do not save the scene on every print.
I will next time to see if it happens.
I usually print looking through the finger hole view, I do have this happen more in the other direction, not sure why that is.
thank you!

slightly skewd prints
Once in a while I get a completed print that is skewed to one side. I often reprint in a new position or with more supports. And it may solve the problem. The skew is usually in the side view on not in the through the finger hole view. I just did one signet style were the top should be round and it ...

Re: Solus Wax Resin
I have never printed at 42 xy, I have been super happy with the detail I have been getting with emerald in 25xy,25z, would I sacrifice the detail going to 42 xy? it's been a while sense my original set up, once the machine is running well I hate to move it. When you have time can you please point me...

Re: Solus Wax Resin
Thank you, I should have asked should the Soluswax be UV cured dry, not under water?

Re: Solus Wax Resin
I am doing my first test prints with Soluswax resin, the instructions say no more than 20 minutes of UV curing, is that with the more powerful units.
I have the B9 Model Cure with spec- Light-energy intensity over 40.0 mW/cm²
or a nail curing set up with much lower light intensity.
Thank you!

Re: better way to print a model
Joseph, Is your question more about the hollow space inside of a signet shape ring? If so, I have had this problem as well, I have also asked the similar question without much response. The best solution I have found is to put a temporary hole that can be easily filled after curing. Some designs do ...

Re: Casting SolusCast
Okay, Probably not the best test, looking for better ideas. Please share if you have one. So with the resin invested in the flask you are more likely to have even more ash? What do you think is a good test, cutting a flask open after burnout or just keep wasting metal on bad castings. it would seem ...
