I'm not exactly sure what would cause something like this. My best guess would be the lead screw. Turn off your solus and try rotating the thread by hand and see if there are any rough places. A recommendation would be to grease your lead thread.

Now I am thinking I cant tell when it comes out of the printer, since it is covered in liquid resin that gives it a shine. I think the culprit may be my heated ultrasonic. I've set the temp to 80 deg C, I will turn that down and see if that helps.

Well this has been happening more with the solus cast resin than other resins. I'm not sure what the cause of this shiny region but it looks shiny when it comes out of the printer. 1 - Filter Resin
2 - Stir Resin
3 - Check RGB settings on gfx card
4 - Check your support structures so no "islands" are present w/o supports
5 - Check your film tension (They sell spacers to make sure tension is set right)
