Re: Prints off set in X
Hello,
I'm not exactly sure what would cause something like this. My best guess would be the lead screw. Turn off your solus and try rotating the thread by hand and see if there are any rough places. A recommendation would be to grease your lead thread.

Re: BAD results on the same ring..any ideas?
Hello, Are you using fresh resin? And when you clean failed prints make sure to get all the loose pieces. A good way to get most is to File > Setup > Project white. Keep it on for around 10 sec and then peel of the cured rectangular layer. In terms of support, try adding a few supports on top for th...

Re: Part of print is shiny?
Now I am thinking I cant tell when it comes out of the printer, since it is covered in liquid resin that gives it a shine. I think the culprit may be my heated ultrasonic. I've set the temp to 80 deg C, I will turn that down and see if that helps.

Re: Part of print is shiny?
The resin was not stirred, two day old resin in the tank that I make sure to cover with a black tarp before leaving the office. I do 2-3 cycles of water ultrasonic with fresh water in each case. I've shifted away from the water/soap ultrasonic and alcohol ultrasonic about 6 months ago, but this shin...

Part of print is shiny?
Well this has been happening more with the solus cast resin than other resins. I'm not sure what the cause of this shiny region but it looks shiny when it comes out of the printer. It looks shiny after 3 cycles of my UV curing box, so its not sticky to touch and is cured as is. T7ALFM4qR-ykR8z_HCQb6...

1 - Filter Resin
2 - Stir Resin
3 - Check RGB settings on gfx card
4 - Check your support structures so no "islands" are present w/o supports
5 - Check your film tension (They sell spacers to make sure tension is set right)
good luck!

Base Ring support
Hello guys, So while the Ring support feature is great for having a great grow it is quite cumbersome to clean prior to casting. I know the question everyone will be asking is "why don't you just cast and cut off the excess later" Well I got a one word answer, cost. Basically we pay per gr...

Cool thanks, I was always cautious about experimenting with values I didn't know. But now that I know, I'll definitely play with some values
