After learning a lot about screws, its probably an "M2x3mm Hex Socket Knurled Head".
I hope its not the aluminum...after a week + of fighting to get the Solus Gray resin to work and the tilt motor dying, Im not in the mood for another piece of the Solus to fail.

Screw size for the build plate?
I wanted to calibrate the build plate again and one of the four screws seems pretty worn/loose and I don’t trust it for much longer, so I’d like to replace it. Does anyone know what size/replacement it would be?

Heres some prints from a huge project Im working on, a post apocalyptic zombie game. The 'average' size is 23mm for the human figures. https://static1.squarespace.com/static/573641d386db434ac61ed384/58f00ae39de4bbfd3aa74310/58f00ae446c3c4a0418f20f9/1492126438783/IMG_8022.jpg?format=1000w https://sta...

Re: Mystery ridges on prints in 80x45 mode
It was occurring on a few different prints, and correct that's paint not resin. The problem for the most part seems to be resolved. Heres how she came out once the new settings were applied. Still not perfect, particularly her rear end has some ridges but progress at least. IMG_7890.jpg IMG_7886.jpg

Re: Mystery ridges on prints in 80x45 mode
Yea, RGB was fine and did nothing different beyond changing the settings and the results are (obviously) a lot better:
I will say, not PERFECT compared to my first print, her rear end lost some detail, but beyond that its night and day.
