34mm letter printed it this morning, invested at 8 am, threw in the oven at 9. 350 for 1 hour, 1350 for 1.5, cast at 1pm central. This is perfect, no porosity whatsoever. Solus wax resin

If you look at the bottoms of the successful prints, they have on the bottom more of the supports. On most engagement ring types I use the ring base and put 3 supports on the shank going up the side, seems to help a lot. You need to try the easy cast from solus. Prints great, casts very well.

These supports are what I was talking about. It makes the difference. If you have trouble with it stopping printing above the base and shank I think this is the problem

I like r this resin. I don't over support. I add 3 supports at the bottom on each side of the ring support. I also am doing them manually.

When casting, i pretty much stick to 350 for 1.5 hours, 875 for 1.5 hours then 1350 for 3.5 to 4 hours. I was casting a 38mm 2.5 thick Mardi Gras King Doubloon for a friend.
