What burn out cycle are you finding works best when printing larger gents rings and the such? Ladies rings are burning out and casting just fine in yellow and white. Thanks

Here is a post I did on bulb replacement for my Vivitek .....you are correct it is really easy. The back of the bulb is deeply engraved and not ink stamped.

Opti Cast investment....100:38 ratio...flask set time 5+ hrs....burn cycle is ramp 9999 to 1400 degrees 4.5 hrs then ramp down 675 degrees per hr to 850 degrees casting temp. The B9 did better than Protowizard..... thinking the proto could not handle this ramp cycle? My investment is too old? Three ...

Thought to refresh our continued Superior success using the Solus printer. Emil, you and your company are the best. We cast at 1400°(ramp 9999 on the controller) full blast straight in the furnace after the flask sets 5 hrs in Opti Cast....ramp down 650°per hour then cast at 850°. How in the heck d...

How old is your printer? Didn't think you had yours that long. How many hours did you have on it? Mine is about 2 1/2 years old. Haven't looked at the hours in a while. Granted I didn't use it a lot when I first got it, but now it's used all the time. Not this week cause I'm waiting for a new tilt ...
