Re: Convert a .solus to a .stl
This would be a huge feature that would bring a lot of value to the files I sell. As things are currently, I love the software more than the machine and I'd like to be able to provide my customers with pre supported stls that they can print at home.

Re: Failed prints: a number of layers FULLY cured
Ok so everything was set up properly then. I think 9 out of 10 print failures that I get comes down to inconsistencies with the resin itself. If I don't empty out the vat and thoroughly mix it EVERY time I'll get bad results. Any good alternatives to the solus proto? I've used less expensive resins ...

Re: Failed prints: a number of layers FULLY cured
Is it the projector or the PC's graphics that need to have full RGB turned on? My PC's graphics are set to full RGB and I've been dealing with these sorts of problems since the beginning. I was not aware that the projector itself had RGB settings since it's not mentioned in the manual.

grid squished
I recently did an update and afterwards was getting consistently bad prints. I checked to make sure everything was correct, updated contour, checked the projector settings, and double checked the graphics settings. I went through the entire setup over again and now I'm getting a squished grid projec...

Re: machine making weird noises
I believe I'm having the same issue. Yesterday I set up a print and the homing cycle worked fine but when I went to start the print it immediately jammed. I had to cancel the print and attempted to run the homing setup again and it was making the same noises. Today regreased the z screw and it went ...

Thank you I will try that. Currently test printing at 10microns with .6 exposure and slower lift.

Re: Thin layers adhering to print
Thank you I will try that next. I tried turbo mode and the prints failed both times and had even worse flash than before. I went back to the 10 micron setting and had a fairly good result. This time I did the following: New film Cleaned lens New test bottle of resin When fixing the vat to the printe...

Re: Thin layers adhering to print
Yes I tried it in 10 micron mode and noticed a lot less flash and the flash that was there came off easily but there are still some striations visible on the model. A friend of mine who owns a couple different printers said this was due to suction and that I should try the turbo mode as that seems t...

Re: Thin layers adhering to print
Just checked projector settings and they were all ok. I will add some bolts to the container and shake them for a while.
