Thank you for showing the Rhino picture!!! The prints pictures are often showed. But not the "secret sauce"
Will this extruding technique also work with rings with prongs on the sides?

Re: EasyCast HD Print problems
Filter the resin before and after use. Also try maybe a slightly lower exposure time for the base layers. They appear to have some bleeding. Check your model if it is 100% watertight. And look in the slicer if you see weird spots on the places that have the resin dirt. I just looked again. Maybe it ...

Re: Warped Prints
If it is not your support or your film not being flat. You can also try and mount the Z-axis screw upside down. Then if it would have a bad spot it would be in a different location. Unless it is exactly in the middle.

Re: ResinWorks EasyCastHD castable resin
Print 1cm^3 cube and weigh it. Then you have the specific gravity.
EDIT: Just got a new bottle. And in the MSDS it says on page 2: specific gravity 1.1g/cm^3 @25Celcius. But that might be as a liquid, maybe solid it changes slightly idk.

Re: EasyCast HD Print problems
Recalibrate the buildplate so it is level. If it is off a little it will fail to print. Or if it is pushing to hard on the Vat you can get problems in later layers where it wont stick anymore.

Re: SolusWax Tips and Tricks
The resin is really thick and goopy is that normal? The Fun to Do resin I got also, is much more "watery".
I have tried alot! Longest exposures I have tried where 30Z on 38sec and 5 sec for normal layers.

Re: SolusWax Tips and Tricks
How can I tell If my Soluswax resin is still good?
It wont print not even on the maximum exposure times. Other resin works great.
Other settings I have checked and are good.
