Failed Broken Prints.
I'm having a difficult time understanding the cause of my failed prints. After several hours of decent printing the parts will suddenly break apart, frustrating to say the least. Brand new film, using the recommended resin profile. Any ideas from the community?
Re: Film Life
Just a quick tip. I've found these little guys to be my ideal stir stick. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Nite-Ize-3-in-Gear-Tie-in-Black-4-Pack-GT3-4PK-01/203207553 Really inexpensive and have a fairly thick silicone coating which wont scratch the film. I'm not 100% sure how to use it but I know each box should have a thin cured layer spanning the top. I think the idea is to pick the first box that prints correctly and set it as your exposure time.

Re: Print & Casting
Castings of some of my prints. Since I need several originals for my casting process I always print multiple items oriented vertically. Clean Vertical prints have been a challenge so far but I'm making progress.

This is an award put together for a children's event. It took some time but I'm getting some pretty good results.
