Looks amazing.
Please let us know how your cast turn out and what your process was from any cure to burnout cycle. My cast with a sample bottle didn't turn out as well as others. I also had to crank up my times for successful prints but my lamp has 1200hrs. A replacement lamp has been ordered.

Re: Solus Wax Resin
How can I check the bulb hours on my Optoma?
I really had to crank up the times in my exposure Editor to get SolusWax to print.
20um 48x27 all=5 bottom=38
Is that the only changes needed to make "all and bottom"?

Re: 4K
They did. I'd like to know how many have sold, customer satisfaction and the rate of returns (if they allow returns) If you come from wax casting into resin casting there is a learning curve. If you have never 3d printed, you have a lot to learn. If you have never used a CAD system, you have a lot t...

Re: 4K
The solus iquality print Is way better than the best of what the new B9 can achieve. The old B9 is a total garbage, Owned it, used it, and trash it. I had two B9. Hated them. Bottom line is these are business. Why are businesses in business? To make money. In the case of B9 it was started to offer ...

Re: Whitegold - Castings with emerald resin
Only casting with emerald limits my experience with casting resins in general. 2 key factors I focus on are high temp (my furnace is programmed so I can't recall but 1450F for 4hrs seems correct) and air flow. In the past investment breakdown seemed to be the issue that was solved with boric acid. ...
Re: 4K
Yeah, I guess so plus seems to me resin is the cash cow but still, $10k for a machine just seems high to be taking a loss. I remember when those machines came out B9 stated "We listen to our customers" (when designing the new machine) I was thinking what freaking idiot said they wanted to ...
Re: 4K
I'm just afraid of the price. B9 new machine is 4x's the price of their start up machine. When I head that machine was coming out I expected 2x's. Guess these things are expensive. The B9 founder said he's taking a loss selling at $10k each machine. I do find that hard to believe.
