Check your model using netfabb. Sometimes the model looks good and should print fine, but there are areas that have issues. I'm thinking inside of the channel where there are prongs. Robin, Each of those rings is about 1.1ml of resin. So about 24ml of resin total. No need to add resin. I've had to add resin if starting another large print after a print is finished, and haven't noticed the resin temperature affecting the print. As long as you keep the room temperature about 73c y...

Castable resin development is very expensive, therefore it's hard for us to match the prices of the cherry resin for example. The 25 microns is sharper. 30 microns is smoother because of the way Anti-aliasing works.
