Printed this sample today. All in one piece. Strategically placed supports. Some were 100 - 200 micron thin, so I can remove them easily without impacting the details. Make sure you are curing that thick ring under UV light for at least 2-3 hours, rotating it to get all the sides. Then cure it with heat for another 1.5-2 hours at 200-250f. I discovered this recently and it makes Creation Workshop a lot more responsive especially on less powerful PCs. Yes, we set a limit on picture sizes. 1mb max. Will increase them a bit. But you can compress them in photoshop in the meantime.

David, Do your customers use plasticast or satincast? I know some pros like you can make it work (adding boric acid etc), but most people don't do that. I've casted hundres of cherry, formlabs, and et resin pieces with plasticast and have only had a few issues not related to the resin. Tell them to ...

Got an idea. You can probably contact ET and ASIGA and tell them to send you a printed sample of their "magic" wax resins. If it casts like wax then we can most like print with that resin on the Solus
Unless they melt those wax resins in the printer or something.
