Re: Failing quality without changing anything
I do have that gel, might give it a try. Why I didn't use it before - the initial layer(s) or lattice stick to the plate quite alright, it's the upper layer of lattice is falling down. So it's not about sticking to the build plate, is the sticking of lattice layers to each other. The build plate doe...

Re: Failing quality without changing anything
I'm using my first bottle of wax, not touching the new one yet, but poureverything through a very fine mesh and mix it with some heavy bolts very long. So I tried .4 and .6 supports only, nothing thinner, got good results on that half of the build plate where it always worked, BUT here's what I keep...

Re: Failing quality without changing anything
With Mark's help I got some local improvements - not all the platform fails to print, but only a half of it  My understanding of this printer is minimal, so I really don't understand why this is happening. Resin is well mixed, surfaces clean, settings correct, supports sufficient.. And now th...

Re: Failing quality without changing anything
Alright, conspiracy theory number next. (Got 0 out of 10 prints today). So, the only thing that really changes is that I started a new bottle of resin. That can also be a reason, right? So I poured resin from the bottle not directly to the vat, but through mesh, and the result is on the photo. Some ...

Well, I got it from Micron3D, and I'd love to get some official help from them, but the whole support team is on vacation in August, so here I am.

Re: Failing quality without changing anything
Have you checked and adjusted your build table? After adjusting make sure to do the "on all 4 the corners paper test" to insure that the build table is flat to the quartz. I've adjusted the table, initial layers of the print have no problems sticking to it, it's what comes next mostly rem...

Re: Failing quality without changing anything
If your film sticks to the quartz, it's not clean. Keep wiping with alcohol and soft cloth. Make sure the lens on projector and the front glass on printer is the same way. Double check your computer settings. Did you have a Windows update? It can change your settings. So I got the cleaning kit and ...
