Re: Not Sure whats going on
Sooo I believe the problem may be solved... I retraced my steps and I didn't have the housing locked down all the way in the projector.. Got it down tight and ran a couple calibration cubes and a sample ring and everything seems to be ok. :D Yah. The projector bulb housing is a really tight fit in ...

Re: Not Sure whats going on

We have found that only a replacement bulb and housing from the original manufacturer works in either the InFocus or Vivitek projectors. We first purch...

exedebee...SolusWax prints really nicely doesn't it. The surface finish is certainly smoother than what I have seen with B9 Emerald over the last 3-years or so Even better is the fast burnout and great castings - no more long post curing processes either.

Re: Thin layers adhering to print
I doubt that turbo settings will resolve the issue. It could be a combination of mixing the resin well, and adjusting exposure down. I recommend you reduce your exposure for each print, until the excess curing disappears. You can do that in the exposure editor by editing the existing exposure values...

Re: Thin layers adhering to print

Re: Solus Wax Resin
Hi rsaldivar, I noticed the same issue, the SolusWax resin seemed to be "sweating" a little when I looked at it the next morning. I did rinse it for 20-30 sec in IPA. Emil, are you saying that is normal with this resin?

Re: Solus Wax Resin
Hey Email/Mark. Is SolusWax ok to rinse in IPA for 30-40 sec, or is there a better method to rinse off parts before UV curing?
