Make Creation Workshop more responsive

I discovered this recently and it makes Creation Workshop a lot more responsive especially on less powerful PCs.

Click on the View Options tab and select the first Icon on the last row to enable the green shading option for your models instead of the grey shading with the red outline.

This speeds up everything and makes CW more responsive.
