Why are my base so thin .19mm. Only twice has it printed .5mm. In Yellow on Cherry.

Re: Thin Base
Hi Eddy,
Most likely your build platform is calibrated too tight. Just make your bases a little thicker.

Re: Thin Base

Re: Thin Base
I don't think so. Just answering your question about the base.
That cutoff can be from various things. Have you tried printing the sample file? Have you checked your full rgb settings? How does your film look?

Re: Thin Base
Using the profile from this forum or did you just use those exposure times on a different profile?

Re: Thin Base
Eddy,
Based on the photo of your settings that you sent me, you are not using the yellow resin profile that we posted, but instead maybe a new profile with alternative settings.
This looks like a new custom profile that you created. It's incorrect.
Please re-download the correct profile for the yellow and use that one to print the sample ring to make sure everything works. viewtopic.php?f=13&t=128
If you have to make changes to the profile for some reasons, do it on the original yellow profile. Do not make a new profile. The profile contains custom g-code for the yellow resin.
I'm gonna have to ask that if people are posting issue, they need to post a screenshot of the resin profile page also. This way it doesn't not create an unnecessary confusion.
P.S. Since I believe we have found the reason for this issue (not using the correct test resin profile for the yellow resin), I'm marking this thread as SOLVED.
