its your film I believe
Re: print failed after a success...
Make the bottom supports wider.
I had something similar happening with a model I printed.
I must have printed about 6 times and I tried many things like putting new film, and changing to new resin, and changing the Vat.
After examining the model I decided to put more supports and that fixed the problem of the model breaking.
If the thickness of your supports is 1mm then make them 2mm.
Let us know if the at works.

Could be a bad spot on film (bubble) or loose cured resin floating and blocking the light.

Good to hear that it worked out.
