No power surge.
Just got this error and the build plate is still just above the quartz. All stopped, and clicking OK on the error doesn't make it go away.
not connected to internet and is in airplane mode
Suggestions?

Exit the software, turn off the power from the back and turn the screw by hand to lift up the platform.
As for the error we will need the log file. You can get to it by going to edit, view profile folder and going up one directory. It’s calles SolusContour.log
Please email me that file.

First open you file manager. Go to File click on it, go to options, View tab, Under the Files and Folders un-check the Hide extensions for known file types.

Disconnect the usb from the back, turn off the machine and press the little reset button. Restart the software, connect the machine, turn on the power and try homing again, and then run a dry-run job (no build plate or resin tank), just to make sure everything is working properly.

Thanks for your help and suggestions ! It Seems unlikely. I'm not connected to the internet and I'm in airplane mode. Headed to the shop this morning to do the procedure emil suggested and give it a dry run. Fingers crossed!

Did as you suggested. The build platform lowered as if to start print, then proceeded to raise to the top as if finished.
