Original exposure time = 5s
Original Initial Layer time = 38s

Increasing it a little bit would you recommend 0.1s or a full 1.0s on the exposure?

Tried a couple different ones on this as well as the previous ring. Seems better but still not quite there. The 3/4 shank's surface and its setting look pretty good but the smaller ring still looks choppy. Looks like supports fail if they are under 0.8-1.0mm? These were run with settings at '42xy 25z; 5.1s layer exposure; 36s IL exposure.'

Running another test with just the top setting to see if I can get the supports to touch the model increasing the exposure another 0.3s.

Something's not right. Did you check your projector bulb hours? Any idea how many hours you have on it?

Also, using the latest beta of the software?

The settings say we have 3949 hours on the projector. Is that a lot?

Lol. Yes, that's a lot. Considering we recommend replacing the bulb at 1500 hours.

I'm getting the exact same results-supports barely touching if at all and choppy surface even after supports increased to .6 and .8, exposure bumped up 1.0s. Lamp hrs are 1174 so I'm replacing it as it points towards that. I expected longer lamp life but I guess they're all different. At least this bulb didn't explode like my last one.

What are the factors that can prematurely shorten a bulb's life..heat, dust?

Make sure to update to the latest beta version of the software if using SolusWax. Also use support tips of at least 0.3

After updating to the latest beta, make sure to press the reset button in the resin profile, to get the latest settings.
