Which profile are you using? The default times for emerald, even at 25XY, are longer than what you've written.

How much resin is left in the bottle?

Mark, he is using a Vivitek 1186, Here in Australia we need to drop the exposure setting down really low with that projector, some customers are running between 1.2-1.9 sec for all.

I suggest setting back to default. You can do that with the reset button inside the resin profile window.

That looks like classic underexposure to me.

ive had the exp up to 2.5s and worked down and the base was at 15s

I think there has been several issues here

i am now running 8s for first layer then now 2s

i have also increced the base to 6mm with 1.5mm supports just to add extra stubility i have also gone from .3mm to .4mm with some manual supports at .6 at the bottom and halfway up and one .6 support at the top.

ive had my first two perfict prints i first thought it was a fluke like i had when i was at .3mm with 7s and 1.3s but i only had 1 good print in 10. now i have had 2 out of 2 joy lets make it 3 of 3

ill keep you posted
