Print fails

Hey there,

Just looking for some input I keep getting print fails with b9 green. Any help would help.

I saw some flashing. can you check Full RGB on graphic card .

Right click on your desktop. Graphic Card properties. Depends on what graphics card you have. Look at your manual for setup. It's explained

It goes to the intel graphics and media control panel. its not like it shows in the manual
