Hi,
We have a solus 3d printer in our lab which was installed and used successfully last year. I recently tried to print a rectangular object with holes that go through it:
, just as a test because the printer wan't used for a while.
I didn't get well defined vertices and I didn't get holes (On one face I could see circles, though). The side faces look more like different sheets attached together rather than as continuous faces. Here are pictures of the different faces:
I checked the configurations according to the manual and they seem to be ok. What could be the problem?
Thanks in advance,
Yiftach

Re: Problem printing
Check your RGB settings (in the manual). If the graphics driver is not in FULL RGB mode, the background will not be dark enough and will slightly cure the resin every layer.

Re: Problem printing
I checked the settings, and it's on full RGB mode.
