Bending in prints

Postby ketaeca » Fri Feb 01, 2019 12:35 pm

Noticed a strange bending when printing rectangular objects and it goes in both directions and gets worse when objects are taller. Even stranger when observed from above the shape and dimensions are fine. Help needed. Thank you.

The Grid Calibration is self-explanatory. Grab the point and move them on the screen and watch the grid change. You need to move the side ones out a tiny bit and you can correct that bowing. Easy peasy. Just don't use the corner points to make the grid smaller to fit. That's what the physical zoom wheel on the projector is for. Also for Keystone adjustment, if needed, use the projector remote. The grid calibration module is only for correcting slight optical distortion.

Also from your picture your grid looks pretty damn good.
