Prongs are not round. Looks like streching?

It should look like this:

This happens when using B9 Emerald and SolusCastPRO.
SolusProto works just fine.

Lamp about 1300h
B9 Exposure 7.5s @20
SolusCastPRO 7.5s @20

Is it exposure issue? Should I pump exposure more up?

If it is in the Z direction it might be bleeding. Then you need to lower the exposure.
