Faulty Resin VAT/Tray?

Both of my VATs are degrading by themselves. Notice how there is swelling around the orange plastic section. It seems to first swell, then crack later. Is anyone else having this problem?

I haven't dropped or mis used them in anyway, I have gone over my procedures with the reseller before, nor have I over tightened the screws so I am assuming mine are faulty?

Have you cleaned it using IPA?

Some resins can cause the acrylic to crack. We recommend the aluminum vat for reactive resins.

This happened from the emeral green I was supplied when I purchased the printer. Does this happen to most people?

As little as possible to avoid getting it on the film

I had some nasty resin on a different brand DLP printer with an acrylic vat that actually started to soften the acrylic and even start to 'melt' in places.

I thought there was some talk on cast versus extruded acrylic resistance to IPA, but the damage sometimes doesn't show up for a while after the exposure.
