I'm Naoto, from JAPAN.

I'm using B9 EMERALD, but it often failed recent days.
STL is cleared netfabb cloud.
And i have new film.

What conditions do you set?
Slice thickness, exposure time, 42xy?
Can you give me advice?
I am trying everything MARK said.

Really cool designs on your website by the way. Hope you resolve your issues with the emerald resin. I have a bottle on the way so I'm looking forward to a little troubleshooting myself.

The main issue was he was using FEP instead of our film. The second issue is his work is so detailed and complex it's difiicult to find and support all of the overhangs. Using the Preform software to scroll through all the layers of the models really helps.

I got good result by using official film.

Teflon film(official)
