Stepping/ripples

Can anything be done about the stepping / rippling artifacts that appear in smooth slightly curved surfaces? Would changing the anti aliasing settings help?

You can try printing at 20 microns Z. That should help.

Also, you can slightly increase the exposure time to make the surfaces smoother.
