Too many fails
How hot is your studio?

As I looked to see why i noticed the quartz was shifted to the left. I was wondering if this would affect my printing quality or cause print failures? Also would like to know what i could do to fix this problem.
Thank you,

I've had this issue as well. My studio stays pretty cool, is this directly attributed to heat? I know the film slightly grips to the crystal & the adhesive tape is gummy not ridged. Couldnt peeling cycles slowly nudge the crystal to one side?

Re: Too many fails
My set up is int the very back corner of store next to a bathroom. If the door is left open then it blocks the cabinet that the printer sets on. Reason for the fan cause it can get very how from that projector. And I also feel that the film will stick to the table. I used the print all of the build area to remove some failed prints. I lift from one end to another on the platform away from the tilt side. But believe it pulled up the quartz top because i did not have the fan running and the film stuck to it.

Re: Too many fails
If the film sticks to the Quartz that means its dirty or covered in resin residue. Don't touch the bottom of the tank with resin covered hands/gloves. Clean the Quartz with a paper towel and alcohol. Clean the bottom of the film with a microfiber cloth and alcohol.
