Is there a pdf manual somewhere ?

I don't know if it necessary to add one of those :
Aluminium VAT,
Acrylic VAT.

What's about replacement film ?

In answer to your other questions:
The printer comes with an acrylic vat, so I recommend you to buy another if for example you want use more than one type of resin, it makes it easier to keep things clean and switch quickly from one resin to the other.
The aluminum vats it's specially easy to clean and also very strong (I like a lot this vat)

About the replacement film: "We don’t use PDMS silicone coating that can get cloudy and fail just after 10 prints, and instead use a very robust special film that is designed to last for a long time with proper care. If the film does get damaged, it can be replaced in 3 minutes or less and is very inexpensive." You can print for a long time with your film, but of course it's important to have some ready for the moment you have to replace it.
