How can go about fixing this? I've had print lines before, but never this bad.
Should I oil the bearings? I've already moved the arm up and down about 10-15 times.
The film is in good condition, for the most part. There are some "creases" but they are either on the opposite end from the build table, or on the edge of where the build table is.
The resin is clean and I stir it every time I print.
The crystal is clean and dust/scratch free, as well.
Any help would be very appreciated, thanks.

Re: Horrible Print lines
At first glance it seems like the film is way too tight and would cause lines like this. If it was a bearings issue, the lines would show up less often.
I suggest replacing the film per the video instructions and try the print again. If you get the same lines again, contact support and we can see if the printer might need some maintenance.

Re: Horrible Print lines
hi,
#1 image was got 2nd time printing such problem......then I reprint same different supports styles with 2 rod of 4 & 5 mm at same height......results for rods and 1 ring stright came out perfect.....other ring angled was lines.....what i understand the thumb screw was tight in #1, #2 thumb screw was little loose and more thicker support.

Re: Horrible Print lines
If you tilt and you do not have enough stable supports, I'd imagine you can get lines as the print wiggles around during the exposure.
Either increase the supports or maybe increase the hold time between the plate returning to position and the start of exposure to allow the vibration to stop?

Re: Horrible Print lines
Correct. You should not tilt thin planes. No matter how well you support the bottom, the part may move around during printing. Keep them perfectly vertical, or support the bottom and the back really well. This also applies to rings.
