print fail, seem projector lamp too old

I cant not print someday ago. Projector light is flicker, flash when eco mode, normal mode no flicker but i cant print successfull. Fail at end of support, have some strange surface solid at model. Pls help me. My project hourse is 3500h eco and 150 normal

3500 hours is way past due for a replacement. We recommend replacing the bulb at 2000 hours.

how can i replacement for vivitek 1186
Any suggest for lamp bulb buying
Thanks for help, i cant do anything in 2 months, dont know what problem but print cannot successful because model seems blur on project

Turn off power to printer. Turn Z screw by hand to raise up. Power on, restart CW.. You should get the Contour software. It's much easier to use.

i run home cycle in solus but when z go to home position, motor still run, after a few second motor stop but software still load, dont recognise that home, dont go up

Sometime I have the same problem, for me the problem was a too tight VAT the quartz can't till properly.

If you got a blurry projection and it doesn't appear to be focus-related, then you have some other issue, like dirty filter glass or internal optics inside the projector itself that needs to be dealt with first.

When in eco mode, picture project on wall are flicker, normal mode resolve it but cant still print
