Maybe the projector was bumped? Do you get that line at that same height on all models or just this one? Did you try to reprint? Please post the model so we can take a look at it.

Does it look like the head shifted left or right (forward or backward)? Or does it look like a layer is missing?

Did you run that model though an STL checker like Netfab?

I would have put my supports to the outside edge at every prong.
