Help!!! Build arm stuck at Z

Hello -

So my printer was about to print then an error popped up and now my build arm is stuck at Z. How do I get this think to move?

Turn off the power from the switch in the back. Then by hand slowly turn the Z screw until you lift the arm enough so that you can slide the build table and tank out together. Reset everything, clean, and give it a go again.

Make sure to touch something metal before touching the printer. It's possible that static buildup caused the printer to disconnect from the USB. Try a different USB port and/or cable.
