So I just printed my first larger model, at 80mm tall and she came out great:
However, the next two prints have failed, with odd buildups of resin in between the arms and wings. This caused me to cut the print so that her wings are separate. Thats currently printing as we speak.
Nevertheless, Im already seeing some of the same issues that I saw before on the failed prints: These thin ridges that stick out, like mushrooms on a tree.
I have definitely mixed the resin correctly, I have not altered the settings at all from the standard profile (the same one i used for the initial successful print) so Im
not sure what Im dealing with here. And yes, I do print with the hood down but I raised it for the purposes of taking this pic. Any ideas?

This is how she came out immediately after the print, you can see the extra slivers:

Mix the resin well or lower the exposure a bit. They will go away. We are doing to adjust the default settings a bit in the next update. For 42xy 25z use a bottom exposure of 5s and layer exposure of 2.1s. At 42xy30z use layer exposure of 2.5s

I hate to come off as thick/dense, but I opened the exposure panel and Im not 100% sure what to put in and change to match the values in your post. This is what I see, can you tell me the values I should put in/where? Sorry for the trouble.
This was the result of that last print after curing it a bit. Obviously, the damage is done. Whats notable to me is the build up of resin in the upper breast area, like it kept adding on to it.
I will say, I cant mix the resin any more than I do. I scrape the bottom of the bottle each time, I have steel bearings in there, and I shake and shake and shake...the resin is definitely as mixed as its going to get. Im also clueless as to how the first print came out great, and now three in a row have failed, there hasnt
been any variable changes, other than the time of day, lol.

Check your pc rgb settings? Maybe there was an update? This would explain the build up of background curing.
Regarding the settings. I think it's pretty self explanatory. Since you're printing at 42xy (80x45) and I'm guessing you're printing at the 25um layer thickness, then change the 2.8 to 2.1 and the 8 next it to a 5.

Yea, RGB was fine and did nothing different beyond changing the settings and the results are (obviously) a lot better:
I will say, not PERFECT compared to my first print, her rear end lost some detail, but beyond that its night and day.

Might want to recheck your build plate calibration.

Believe that's paint not resin.
