Print Not Working

Hey Guys

I just received the Solus printer, but have been unable to get it to print properly.

I am trying to print the Solus sample ring, but only part of the sprue prints and a base covering the entire build area forms on the film of the vat. I've tried using both Creation Workshop and the new Solus software, but the same thing happens. I've also recalibrated the build platform. Below are images of what is happening.

Your projector is printing the full build area. Please enable full RGB as explained in the manual.

Ya. I think following the setup instructions carefully will help.

Hi Nikhil.
Your projector was setup and we did 2-3 test prints before shipping.
The over curing is 100% to do with setting on your video card.
Give me a call/email and I can go through it with you.

This is for sure the RGB problem. Are you using Intel or Nvidia graphics? HDMI or VGA?

Did you change to FULL RGB in the section in the nVidia driver settings called "Display" I think on your driver they should be in the link called "Change resolution" or "Adjust desktop color settings".

OK, so I changed to a VGA cable and it now works - see attached image (not the best quality image).

I've checked the Solus sample ring STL file and the detail is all there and the measurements are correct.
