The support tips on the pendant look too thin or small. You kind of have to imagine when it gets to those layers that there will barely be anything to "catch on to", try making them thicker. And for the sticking maybe the film tension is too loose. But it looks like a exposure time issue or rgb issue. I see some flashing at the base of the pendant and ring. In your Contour picture it looks like the base has rounded hill edges but the print shows a perfect pear shape. Double check your RGB settings and if that is correct lower your exposure time by maybe .4 milliseconds. I adjusted my base layer exposure time from 16 sec to 5 sec and overall exposure time from 2.7 sec to 2.3. This got rid of the flashing, sticking, and shrapnel. I hope this helps.

You don't want any overhang . Place you adequate supports where needed . I Always do adjustments whenever I check my work a second time. less frequency of job failure.

I wish if the moderator can make few videos on how to add your supports . New to the printing will have an easy ride with solus. I see most complaints are related.

It seems like a computer issue or a bad mesh causes a slice failure.

Check your power saving settings (especially USB selective suspend) and screen saver. Make sure your Windows auto update is turned off.

If there's nothing stuck to the film it sounds like your projector stopped projecting. Any chance you had another power interruption? Are you using a VGA or HDMI cable? Did you check your screen saver and external monitor power savings settings? Did you check the slice images before printing?
