Creation workshop issue

I just downloaded creation workshop but I cannot get the printer to work. Also the the build platform moved double fast than before reinstalling CW. hope someone can help

Where did you downloaded from? Those versions will not work. You need a special version of CW provided with your purchase of the Solus. Who did you buy your machine from?
