Cannot print

Hi there

I'm having a few issues with getting to printer to work. I loaded the prints into contour and prints but its stuck. tried the homing cycle as well. its not connecting. tried connecting with creation workshop no luck there as well. I checked to see if contour needed upgrading and it all up to date.
please help.

When you send $h in CW do you get any kind of response message? Please try installing the Arduino driver manually:

I would check your usb cables are good and your connections are good. Make sure your USB ports are set to never go idle or turn off. These settings are in you Device Manager settings on your computer.

thanks for getting back to me. Yes I tried all that. I even bought new cables. checked all the drivers too.

Hi No Thr is no responce when typed $h. I checked on control to make sure the com port is recognised and yes it does
