need help!! error message keep showing

Hi
I have been used the printer for about 1 year without any problem until yesterday.
I homed the building platform and then tried to leave it up.
But the software keep showing the error message as you guys can see in the attached figure.
It happened before but usually went away after few times of connection/disconnection of USD cable but not this time.
Please let me know if you guys have any solutions or suggestions
