Home cycle not running

Hi,
As I'm going to print my first test print, I found no movement in z motor when I try to run home cycle. Please help me to sort out this problem.

Yes, I turn on power from the back.

Make sure that you restart the Contour software when you start a new print.

It's not required to restart the software before each print.

Did you install the Arduino drivers per the instructions?

If yes, please contact the person you purchased from and they can login and check your computer.

I meant to say turn off the count our and restart it if you turn the projector or printer off and back on. My computer with countour software won't recognize the printer or projector if I don't turn them on first before I pull up the software.

If it won't recognize it, all you need to do is go to File, Setup, Connect to controller. But yes, restarting Contour does the same.
