Is your projector properly mounted. Did you have the PDF instructions?

Make sure the feet are screwed in all the way, especially the front one. The surface for your printer setup is very flat. Make sure the plate is not bent up to much. It will lift the printer up in the front and cause that. You may have to shim the printer a tad to get it lined up. Follow instruction in the Video section on adjusting the grid.

Hi,

Which projector are you using? The 1186, 1188 and Optoma have a vertical lens shift wheel above the zoom wheel.

For 42XY, the grid should be closer to the back of the quartz (but inside the boundaries obviously) and at 25XY the projection will be closer to the front.

Hi,

Use the feet to raise the back of the projector until the grid is within the frame. If necessary, then use the keystone (buttons on the top of the projector or remote) to straighten the sides of the grid.

When I raise the back of the projector, mount become free from two magnetic screw. Can I loose these two screw?

put a shim under the plate to raise it up and catch the alignment feet.
