Oval Rings

Sometimes my rings come out Oval shape but are easily pounded round once in medal...
Any Suggestions?

Check your grid calibration and aspect ratio. You can also use the scale adjustment (file, setup, scale adjustment) to correct it.

It could be that you need to add some extra supports if the ring is thin because when it starts pulling of the film the resin is still soft and it will get a bit oval
