What Caused (or) Causes this?
12 mm wide 2 mm thick grew it twice with slight changes to supports in hopes of corrrecting. Crazy thing is it grew exactly the same. Both attempts I have used separate .stl files both passing mesh builds. Cleaned and double checked resin by straining. Any ideas?

Why not print that directly on its side?

Re: What Caused (or) Causes this?
I did try that at first but before printing I noticed it hung over the grid on the computer screen by just a fraction. So I though it wise I stand itup and print on a 30 degree angle and put sufficient amounts of supports. It measures about 27 across.....do I have to pay attention to the grid on the computer screen? I'm thinking I do....what do you think?
Re: What Caused (or) Causes this?
I tried this time growing straight up and adding more supports as a safe measure... got this in return.

Change your film. Use new resin. Or at least add 50% new. Strain it.
Re: What Caused (or) Causes this?
Good point...I did after that first grow...Strained it and had added newer resin by minimal 50% at best. Film is in great condition.

I put three rings I grew flawlessly last time on and will check the results when I get there on Tuesday ( we are closed on Monday's)

That is strange David. You said this takes up the whole grid printing? If you have room try moving it to the left or right side. I get things like that every now and then. Most time it's a support thing.
Also maybe try and putting in a ring support base. Go to manual supports, click ring support then click on the ring. You then can go back and do auto or add regular supports.

Hello there Mike, I didn't think it would print if the red part was showing....but after reading on other threads I see I probably could have used the 60 mm resolution ? I did put the manual support for the base on one of my attempts though.
