HDMI splitter

Has anyone tried setting up an hdmi splitter, or otherwise duplicating the output to another monitor to see the slices as they print?

That sounds pretty cool. But, I'm sure that HDMI can be split like that. I might be wrong though. I think it's a little like USB....it gets confused and will just alternate between the 2 for a few seconds as opposed to sharing simultaneously.

If you have two hdmi plugs as some graphic cards for desktops do, then I think you could hook in another monitor. Not sure what setting you would need to use. Clone main monitor.
