Turn off projector when done

Hi,
Still love this printer, it doesn't seem to turn off after its done printing even after I click the turn off projector button after printing... Any help?

Hi,

Is the projector turning on automatically when you press the print wizard icon? Have you selected the correct projector from the preferences menu?

If you've selected the correct projector and it's not working, please try this driver:

downloaded now what? Sorry about that.... ////but yes I do have the correct projector selected

it also is saying denied access to com port 3...

Hi,

Please open Device Manager -> Ports -> USB SERIAL-> and Update the Driver Software:

Image

Then choose "Browse my computer for driver software" and find the driver you downloaded.

When I do that it says windows has best drivers installed...
Can you log onto my machine and check it out?

He helped me the next day and all is well! Printer is 100%... Mostly my fault. Thanks for the help!!!! AMAZING STAFF!!
