I am having same problem running Contour have downloaded listed driver when I try update I get the most updated driver is already installed. Please advise on how I can change so that projector shuts down.

Hi Alex,

Have you tried both the auto update and the driver from driverscape (not the installer but the second link)?

If neither work, I can hook up and see if I can solve it.

maybe cable problem, my r232 cable belong machine is wrong, maybe need replace new

All AOK - had to select manual DRIVER from from selected folder.

Projector shutting down well now.

Mine was in a totally different place all together. I found that the usb plug was found not in the ports but down at the bottom with the other usbs.....I had Emil try to help me last nite but he was unsuccessful. I tried it on my other laptop but it's doing the same thing. The first one was a Windows 10 and the second was windows 8. Confused! What do you think Solus nation?

System shutdown won't turn off the projector, just the computer.

I don't think that's what he's asking. Make sure that the RS232 cable is installed and detected in the device manager under ports. Also make sure to select the correct projector in Contour, under Preferences.
