New software not installing.

Yesterday i noticed that there was a new updated for the software. I went ahead and downloaded it. I own 3 solus printers and obviously 3 different laptops for them. I downloaded the update for all 3 laptops, but none will update. The attached image is what keeps popping up while i try to install. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I believe you need a netframe update.

I have just emailed the log files. I will not check to see if it is because of the netframe update. The update did install on 1 of 3 computers. Sorry for not replying sooner, i under estimated Reify customer service, and for that...I apologize!

OK, I too am having the same problem......what is the fix? Won't install and gives a log. 0x80071a90 the function attempted to use a name that is reserved for use by another transaction.

Please contact support if you're having an issue installing the software.

Also make sure the internet is enabled because the installer downloads some files from Microsoft.

We did the updates ahead of install attempt.....am now re-running "windows update".
