Just wondering,

What will happen if I change the anti-aliasing from default of medium on both setting to something else.
How will affect the print?

Slicing Anti-Aliasing will affect how smooth the details are. Medium is the best setting. On None or Low you will get sharper details but more step lines, on High you will get the smoothest surfaces but some very tiny details might get blurred out.

Try and see what works best for you.
